They were exceptional at cleaning up after themselves and showed respect for our home, each night leaving it clean& tidy, which on a 2 month build kept stress levels as low as possible. We are delighted with the finished result and cannot stop smiling when we enter either the conservatory or the porch. We also had our garden stepped and levelled with a patio laid and again were well pleased with the result. If in the future we require any further work done we would return to Direct Choice without looking anywhere else. The quality of the products are excellent, and the installation team were pleasant, respectful and very good workers. The work was completed in one day.

They were courteous, friendly and left the house in a clean and tidy condition. We had a very large solid roof conservatory and a large front porch put on which was finished in April. From the first contact with Direct Choice we had excellent communication and workmanship. Wayne is a first class bricklayer, Ron a terrific plasterer Mike the electrician was excellent & Tim who oversaw it all and lent a hand where needed kept us well informed at every step of the build.

ALSO BEWARE ALL COMPANIES CALLING THEMSELVES. DIRECT are all of the same company who go into liquidation and rename themselves. SHOULDN'T BE TRADING. CON MEN. We had new Windows and a door installed recently by Direct Choice Home Improvement's. We were very pleased with everything, from the pleasant and helpful young lady in the office, to the installation team.
